Original IND Signs

Each section of two destinations is 22 inches wide and 12 inches tall. These destination signs had readings printed on the material twice - once upside down - so the destination could be displayed inside and outside the train simultaneously. The full sign comprised of many of these panels stitched together. The full list of destinations that came printed on the southern signs were:
